HRM vs. Personnel Management: Why You Should Shift to HRM

Yeva DucasBy Yeva Ducas, SHRM-CP
CSA Director of Workforce Development

Thanks for all the calls in the past few weeks about HR and compliance. I'm thrilled to work with each of you to develop your HR initiatives through CSA’s new Workforce Development Program. How exciting!
